The first “Red Sea Interactive” newsletter has been emailed to Max owners who registered their aquariums with us.
Some consumers registering after April 2008 were omitted from the Interactive newsletter in error. If you did not receive the newsletter via email then please re-register your MAX with us to ensure you gain access to the latest news, updates and product developments. MAX 250 now available

The all-new 250 liter (66gall) MAX250 coral reef aquarium is now available in selected markets. Featuring 234watts of T5 lighting, with full coral reef specification filtration & circulation, the Max250 is setting new standards for integrated coral reef aquariums. Red Sea has remained true to its original concept of MAX by making messy wiring and complicated components a thing of the past, and has continued to focus on ensuring hobbyists of all types can achieve a successful and sustainable coral reef aquarium in the home.
Each element of the MAX250 has been designed with compatibility and efficacy in mind, and with key component specification exceeding the levels normally required for a coral reef aquarium the Max250 caters just as well for beginners as for professional hobbyists. A full instructional dvd guides users through the key stages of setting up and owning a coral reef aquarium.

PARIS, France – 3 April, 2007 – Red Sea is proud to announce that the MAX, the company’s 130 liter fully featured, plug-and-play reef aquarium, was awarded the Gold Trophy at ExpoZoo 2007 in Paris. New skimmer inlet

A small quantity of MAX aquariums were released in December 2006 / January 2007 with an inlet incorrectly calibrated for the MAX skimmer pump, which causes a lot of bubbles to be released into the aquarium. Most of these original inlets have already been replaced. Click here to see if your model has been fitted with the original or the modified inlet. If you do not have the modified inlet, contact your Red Sea supplier to receive one.

Red Sea MAX minisite launched

Red Sea announces the launch of the official MAX minisite, redseamax.com. The media-rich site, which includes an animated 3D tour of the MAX, detailed product information and support resources, as well as downloadable press-quality images, artwork and marketing collateral, is aimed at both prospective customers and marine dealers. The launch of the minisite was timed to coincide with a promotional banner campaign, which aired simultaneously across major marine forums in the US and UK.
