HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible, you must be a subscriber of Red Sea’s email newsletter and a member of the “Red Sea MAX/REEFER owners” group on Facebook (the “Entry Site”). If you have yet to subscribe to the newsletter, you must complete this entry form, where you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, and country, as well as mark your approval to receive the newsletter and other communications and offers from RED SEA. If you have yet to become a member of the Facebook group, enter the “Red Sea MAX/REEFER owners” page on Facebook and press “Join”.
Once you have subscribed to the newsletter and become a member of the group, check out the group announcements at the top of the Facebook group page, and comment in the prize-draw pinned post’s thread in accordance with the pinned post’s instructions. Red Sea will hold the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) on December 26th, 2023, at 13:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). A limit of one (1) entry via the Entry Site per one (1) person per one (1) valid Facebook account will be accepted for the prize draw.
All prize draw entries on the Entry Site must be received from December 10th, 00:00 AM EST, until December 25th, 23:59 PM EST (”Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open only to those legal residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA (50 United States and the District of Columbia) and who meet the eligibility requirements.
The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above are not eligible.
All Federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Prize Draw. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
ENTRY PERIOD
All prize draw entries on the Entry Site must be received from December 10th, 00:00 AM EST, until December 25th, 23:59 PM EST (”Entry Period”).
RED SEA (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this sweepstake at any time for any reason at its discretion. The Prize Draw and your participation therein shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected at random by Red Sea for the prize draw. The Winner will be notified by e-mail within two weeks of the prize draw date. Once the winner has been confirmed the prize will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the Winner. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable, for any reason, the applicable prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the Prize Draw are final. All Federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the Winner. GENERAL
Entrants release and waive any claims they may have against Sponsor for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, parts or products thereof, or participation in this Prize Draw in any way. If for any reason, this Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, or if this Prize Draw or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Prize Draw and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Prize Draw, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Prize Draw or any portion thereof. In the event this Prize Draw is canceled, the Sponsor reserves the right but does not have the obligation, to award any of the prizes to any of the eligible, non-suspect online entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies available at law or equity from any such person to the fullest extent permissible. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized Facebook account holder of the Facebook account entered. The authorized Facebook account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address that is assigned to the Facebook account associated with the winning entry. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the Facebook account associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. The Sponsor and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents collectively with the Promotion Entities, the “Releases”; are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human errors, technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw; to access the Entry Site; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephonic, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. All incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Prize Draw shall be governed by end construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum. Any entry information collected from the Prize Draw shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules.
