Overview of Position:

Red Sea develops, manufactures and distributes products specialized for the marine aquarium hobby. See www.redseafish.com for more information. Red Sea is expanding its customer support network in Asia Pacific and a position is available for a Technical Support Officer.

 

The jobholder will be working from home.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Technical Customer Service related to all Red Sea products
  • Monitoring and engaging in local Digital platforms, forums facebook groups etc

Personal Characteristics:

  • Able to write and speak fluently in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal  

Required Qualifications:

  • Reef-Keeper with minimum 3 years experience of running reef aquariums.
  • Competent computer skills: (including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
