- Where applicable, all prices and costs are inclusive of VAT. For the USA, prices and costs that are given do not include any applicable sales taxes.
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographic, or technical error, Red Sea’s participating dealers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products with an incorrect price.
- Red Sea may terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and its terms at any time without any prior notice.
- This promotion may be honored by any of Red Sea’s authorised participating dealers at their sole discretion and is not an offer for purchase direct from Red Sea.
- Red Sea remains exempt from all liability as regards the use that any third party makes of the MyReefer website module or promotion.
- Red Sea and its agents accept no responsibility for the failure of any third parties to fulfill their contractual obligations in relation to this promotion.
- You recognize and expressly consent that all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights relating to the website or its contents belong at all times to Red Sea.
- Red Sea do not promise that the My Reefer Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the servers that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials or as to results or the accuracy of any information obtained by you through the website.
- Regardless of your place of residence or where you access or use the Service from, these Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws of New York, NY, excluding any otherwise applicable rules of conflict of laws.
